We are honoured to announce that exiled Russian democraticleader Yulia Navalnaya will join us as a speaker at this year's Kristiansand European Conference.
Navalnaya is a prominent international voice for democracy, the rule of law, and human rights. She serves as a Chair for the Human Rights Foundation (HRF) and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Anti-Corruption Foundation.
Following the death of her husband, Alexei Navalny, she has continued his work and commitment, emerging as a leading figure in the struggle against authoritarianism and political repression.
From exile, she has taken on a central role in the Russian democratic opposition and is actively working to sustain and further develop the political movement founded by Alexei Navalny - a movement built on anti-corruption efforts, transparency, accountability and free elections.
Through her advocacy, she keeps international attention on political prisoners, democratic freedoms, and the future of a democratic Russia. We look forward to welcoming her to Kristiansand.
